Pitchers give a deep dive into their ideas
Last Monday, the Pitching Days took place. For the third time this year, the Pitching Day team, the jury and the previous idea providers met remotely via teams to discuss the latest status.
The first status update concerned the project "Webbased Training for Indian Culture".
Web-based training for Indian culture
After the specifications were drawn up and the bids were reviewed, the contract was awarded. This was the starting signal for the rough and design concept, which has been in progress since this month. It is planned to start with the detailed concept at the beginning of 2023. This includes the illustration, the creation of the audiovisual media and the technical implementation. Accordingly, the web-based training should go live before the end of summer 2023.
Cultural analysis
The next item on the agenda was the cultural analysis. Sarah and Franziska went into more detail about the results of the survey, which ran from early to mid-July. Unfortunately, the pitching time was not enough to answer all the jury's questions in more depth. For this reason, a separate session on the topic of cultural analysis is planned.
We Share Competences
Sabrina concluded with the project "We Share Competences", the aim of which is to make better use of competences in the VWGIS and to create long-term synergies between the teams. It is planned that in the future all employees of VWGIS can independently add a call to "We Share Competences" to search for or offer skills.
