Sarah and Daniel pitch in front of 150 participants
It was clear the ring for our team from the Department of Software Development Vehicle Data GVF on 17 November 2022 in Hanover!
The VWGIS team around Martin, Sarah and Daniel was in the spotlight for six minutes at the Pitch Club Developer Edition in Hannover's most famous discotheque, the Baggi. An extraordinary location with a special concept. Each of the eleven companies present had only six minutes to convince the software developers present of themselves and their employer brand and to score points with transparency.
The special feature: IT employees apply to the participants on the spot! Thus, this is not a typical HR recruiting event. The focus is on direct and personal contact with the IT managers of the companies. After the pitches, numerous eye-to-eye discussions took place at the individual company stands. The relaxed atmosphere of the location was rounded off with snacks and drinks for all participants.
In addition to the 100 software developers on site, another 90 participants took part in the event via webstream. The presentation included key data on the project from the department as well as our attractive benefits and information on our national and international locations.
