Forwarding to the job portal
Applications for a position advertised by Volkswagen Group IT Solutions GmbH are made via the job portal (e-recruiting) of Volkswagen Group Services GmbH. In the case of registration, your data will be processed therein. You can access this system as soon as you click on the Next button (red button with arrow symbol) in one of the job offers on a Volkswagen Group IT Solutions GmbH website. An order data processing agreement has been concluded between Volkswagen Group Services GmbH and Volkswagen Group IT Solutions GmbH for the application and recruitment process. No disclosure of data
Your data will not be passed on outside Volkswagen Group IT Solutions GmbH, Volkswagen Group Services GmbH and Volkswagen AG. An application review only takes place for positions within Volkswagen Group IT Solutions in Germany. For open positions outside Volkswagen Group IT Solutions you are asked to apply there. Your data will only be passed on to other Group companies outside Volkswagen Group IT Solutions GmbH, Volkswagen Group Services GmbH and Volkswagen AG with your express consent.
Data deletion
After completion of the application process for which we have received your data, it will be automatically deleted from the system after 180 days. Your applicant profile will be automatically deleted if you have not logged into your profile for more than 180 days. 30 days before this period, you will receive an automated announcement e-mail. Automatic deletion shall not take effect if:
• you log in to your profile within 180 days,
• you are in an active application process.
The automatic deletion of your applicant profile will be extended by 24 months if:
• you are assigned to a talent group,
• you have released your applicant profile.
In the case of applications for a training position, the data will be deleted by 1 September of the following year at the latest due to the selection process.
In addition, you have the option of updating or deleting your data/applicant profile independently in the system at any time.
You can withdraw your application and/or deactivate your approvals at any time. This will be taken into account in the application process.
In addition, you can delete your external profile at any time or ask us to do so.

Storage period and deletion of your personal data
The legislator has enacted a large number of retention periods, which we observe with the utmost care and seek advice in order to comply with these obligations.
